AJ Holdings Inc ("we", "us", "our") operates the QB Agent application, a private QuickBooks Online integration developed for our own internal business use. This application is not offered as a product or service to third parties.

Scope of This Policy

Internal-Use Application

QB Agent is a privately developed tool built exclusively for AJ Holdings Inc to manage its own QuickBooks Online accounting data. This application is not publicly distributed, sold, or made available to external users. This privacy policy exists to satisfy Intuit's developer program requirements and to document our data handling practices.

Data We Access

QuickBooks Online Data

QB Agent connects to AJ Holdings Inc's own QuickBooks Online account via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API. The application accesses our own financial data including invoices, customers, vendors, expenses, purchase orders, bills, and financial reports. This is our own business data, accessed for our own bookkeeping purposes.

Authentication Credentials

OAuth tokens issued by Intuit are stored securely on our private server infrastructure. These tokens provide access only to our own QBO account and are never shared with third parties.

How Data Is Used

Third-Party Services

QB Agent integrates with the following services to function:

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share our QuickBooks Online data with any third parties. This application accesses only our own business data for our own internal use.

Data Security

Data Retention

OAuth tokens are retained only as long as needed to maintain the active connection to our QBO account. Tokens can be revoked at any time through Intuit's account management. No copies of QBO data are permanently stored outside of QuickBooks Online itself.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
